Bug Description
Binary package hint: adept-manager
I'm trying to install the Kubuntu 8.04 release candidate from 7.10 by following the instructions at https:/
Running kdesu "adept_manager --dist-
Looking at /etc/apt/
For reference, output from running the command follows:
$ kdesu "adept_manager --dist-
kbuildsycoca running...
UpgradeWizard:

kdecore (KProcess): WARNING: _attachPty() 33
I've had this on 2 computers. On the computer I wanted to upgrade to 8.04, I had to follow the instructions at https:/ /help.ubuntu. com/community/ HardyUpgrades:
Press Alt+F2 and type sudo do-release-upgrade -d
This then allowed me to do an upgrade through Adept.
