Firefox cant open a page

Bug Description

Hi,
I'm running the Ubuntu 8.04 with all upgrades on an Acers Apire5612 WLMi Laptop. My firefox has no addons. If I try to open the website https://qissos.verwaltung.uni-muenchen.de/
I get the attached error popup.

I can confirm that this page doesn't open with firefox, but will with Opera. I also tried to access the page via an online proxy (www.hidemyass.com) however this resulted in a blank white page regardless of whether I used Firefox3 or Opera.

To make this report more complete, could you follow the steps indicated at this link?
