Update Dutch translation for 0.47

Here is an updated Dutch translation.
Some more strings are translated and a few strings have now a better translation.

Attached nl.po translates some 400 additional messages, changes many others to be more consistent, and fixes a few simple typos. The file is intended for and tested on inkscape-0.46, but can go to trunk too.

Please do an `svn up` and rebase your file with the current SVN. Last time I spotted a couple of markup glitches and fixed them, but if you don't update your copy accordingly I will be doing that forever (and I don't really like it :)

I guess you are referring to the changes made in revision 19766. These have been applied to the nl.po file and some more messages were translated (which ups the percentage translated to 99%). Please find the updated nl.po file in attachment.

The po file looks good, but ./check-markup nl.po returns "nl.po: Not in msg format:", followed by the whole file.
Doesn't seem harmful (make and make install work correctly, and Inkscape launches with the new translation), but I'd like to be sure...
Did you change something in the way you work with this file?
Encoding is UTF-8, which seems normal. Any idea?

It seems that somewhere between the moment I checkmarkup'ed and uploaded the po file, I resaved nl.po in windows end-of-line encoding without altering the content. Nothing really serious, but I would consider the behaviour of check-markup in this case as a bug of the script. Is not it somewhere possible to strip all CR characters before processing the po file, or to alter some regular expression?

Anyhow, I also worked further on the translations with another 3% translated. :-)

The 13 messages that still need attention seem to result from options/filters in the menu that are not activated yet in the development version of Inkscape.

With this (minor) update the Dutch translation is up to date and the release version 0.47 has complete Dutch translation.

Hi Kris,

I'm afraid it's not the appropriate way to translate the tutorials. They are built from PO files located in the docbook trunk: http://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/inkscape/doc-docbook/trunk/
If you want to add new tutorial, create a po file (for basic, copy basic/tutorial-basic.pot to basic/nl.po) and translate it. Add a header and a footer for the Dutch tutorials (_tutorial-header.nl.svg and _tutorial_footer.nl.svg), and, if you plan to translate the tracing tutorial, a tracing/potrace-nl.png screen capture.
Don't forget to change the help menu links (in the usual PO file) so that they open the translated tutorials.

Seems to be a waste of time this tutorial, indeed. Has the information on the wiki regarding translating been updated recently?
Anyhow, it does not seem to be easy and will try to comply.

This is work in progress, so please do not apply apparent cosmetical changes such as closing this thread.

No message with the actual release date of Inkscape 0.47 was send to the translators mailing list and so there is already a release although fixes are not included that should have been included. Please compile the (check-markupped) translation fixes of the Dutch language in attachment asap in the final release of Inscape.

Hi Kris,

The translation updates freeze was first planed for oct. 8th (http://<email address hidden>/msg01060.html) and postponed to oct. 19th (http://<email address hidden>/msg01080.html).
Now that 0.47 is out, this update won't probably be included.
I suggest that you open a new thread for 0.48 translation updates and post this file. We'll commit it as soon as the files are migrated to the new DCVS (bazaar).
I'm really sorry to let your translation unfixed, but it's difficult to do more now.
