Khmer font rendering has small mistakes.

In the attachment there is a image with wrong and with correct rendering for the Khmer example.

Thank you for outlining this bug. It would be very helpful if you could also attach a simple SVG file and the font used to render the text so that we could investigate further.

This still exists in current SVN on Ubuntu 9.04.

Not reproduced on Ubuntu 11.04, Inkscape trunk revision 11737 and 0.48.2.
Not reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.45, 0.46, 0.47, 0.48.3.1 and trunk revision 11737 (note that older versions have issues with low diacritics, now fixed in the trunk).
