missing lxterm prevents failsafe session under Breezy

Bug Description

When I try to log in to a failsafe session in kdm, I get an error about missing
x-terminal-session.
I tracked it down to /etc/alternatives/x-terminal-emulator linking to
/usr/X11R6/bin/lxterm ,
But /usr/X11R6/bin/lxterm does not exist.

I ran "sudo update-alternatives --auto x-terminal-emulator" and now it links to
kconsole instead of lxterm.
After that, Failsafe session works again.
