Audio applet only recognizes mp3 and wma files

Summary:
The Audio applet does not display any file formats in the All Songs listing except for mp3 and wma.
Other file types are present in the ../media/audio directory, but do not appear, including:
*.ogg
*.rm
*.mp4
*.flac

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch browser
2) Download sample files of the formats listed above
3) Move them to audio folder
4) Launch Audio applet

Expected result:
All songs are displayed in file list

Actual result:
Only mp3 and wma files are displayed

for ogg/rm/mp4 only show out in video applets.
*.flac not in our scope.

user hope ogg/mp4/rm format also show in audio applets. if these stream no video, only have audio, it is also make sense. so accept this bug. assign to dev member to investigation.

Marking 'Invalid' for Acton, as moblin-media is to be replaced by RealPlayer for MIDs.

Also, per Rusty's comment at last week's triage, bugs like this should be broken into multiple bugs for each file format not supported; otherwise it's hard to track fixes.
