Enable nvtv option

according to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=528332 totem needs to be compiled with the --enable-nvtv option in order to get the grayed-out options for TV-out activated. I don't know how this could best be handled. Maybe supply a 2nd version of totem if an nvidia-driver gets installed. what do you think?

I think a second package would be and excellent idea. Another could be "recommended for installation" or "suggested for installation" or in Synaptic Package manager - of which one could be a readme file. If I knew about compiling with --enable-nvtv I would have done it !..

The "tv-out" option under Totem's preferences menu is still inactive for me (greyed out), both before and after I install nvtv from Synaptic. This was also true for ubuntu 8.04 and 7.10. I know the Tv-out works on my machine as I use nvidia-settings to create a "Second X Screen" and watch video's that way.

I am using ubuntu 8.10 amd64 with a nVidia Geforce 6500 and am using the recommend binary driver (version 177).

For your information, in the last version (2.25.3) which will be available in Jaunty, Totem removes NVTV support.
