Maximum volume is low on Toshiba A200

Bug Description

The volume set on maximum in alsamixer is very low. This is on a Toshiba A200-TR4.
This bug is in Hardy Heron only (it does not occur in Gutsy).

You've reported this when Hardy was only Beta. Is this still an issue in updated Hardy?
