kubuntu migration assistant doesnt detect xp

Without more info, what exactly is the problem and setup, this is unlikly to be ever fixed

its gutsy as i said,p4 processor,768 ram,32 bit system.when i start installation from live cd it says Migration assistant but when i click next no account is shown and it proceeds directly to final stage of install and There is blank space appearing at bottom of migration assistant.
