Bug Description

Binary package hint: serpentine

Sorry, guys... I'm a newbie here and I can't say whether my bug is similar to one of these but still:

on the startup of the system the crash report appeared with a notification that serpentine can't be activated or something...

Thank you for Ubuntu. It's great and gorgeous!
