inkscape's window behaves weired when maximized

Bug Description
Binary package hint: inkscape
Version: 8.04 beta.
Package: inkscape 0.46-0ubuntu2
Expected: when maximized the window, it should behave as other normal programs.
Happened: When maximized the window, i can not click any icon or menu correctly because it moves up a little when i click, and then move back, when i click again. By the way, i am using compiz. And i also noticed that if i stop compiz, inkscape's window can not even maximized.
