Bug Description

<Build: UME Daily 20081404>
<Environment: Xephyr>

Summary:
Requirements state UME supports encoding in PNG, BMP, JPG, and GIF. However, photos applet does not allow encoding. Is this handled somewhere else?

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Photos applet
2) Open stored image
3) Right click or open Photos drop down menu

Expected result:
Option to save as different format.

Actual result:
No such option is available

currently encoder drop from OTC supported list. so whether this bug will add in supported list again?

Photo encoder is not a functionality of photo application.
