gnome-about crashed with ValueError in make_info_label()

crashed with 2008-04-13 updated version of Ubuntu 8.04, ukrainian menu.

steps to reproduce:

1. Open "About Gnome"

Seems it can't handle Ukrainian letter 'і'.
