Menu in Firefox is hidden

Binary package hint: firefox

At the site http://www.coldwaterschools.org/ menus are hidden behind a picture. I do not see this in IE7. Not sure why it won't display properly.

webpage also does this in Opera. Appears to be a poorly designed site that has not been tested by the author for functionality with non-M$ browsers.

fwiw, this is a duplicate for "flash always on top of html bug"
