Bug Description
This is similar to bug #171742 (Outline mode per layer)
It would be nice to be able to have an outline more per item, esp with the new filter effects I can put most items that are even in the same layer in outline view and only put the desire items in normal view while working on it or its filter effects then turn them all on normal view when rendering/etc.
