libao.conf wrong in Hardy - it's using alsa as default and should be pulse

The issue with this is that libao2 and libao-pulse has by default alsa. It should be changed.

But libao-pulse is not included by default, making it the default will require an extra dependency on libao-pulse for ubuntu-desktop...
