Partition does not show changes on filesystem configuration tool

Bug Description

Kubuntu 8.04 beta with filesystem config. tool 0.8.0
After enabling a partition, the partition is mounted but filesystem config tool does not show any change. Attached fstab and image.

Dmesg:
SGI XFS with ACLs, security attributes, realtime, large block numbers, no debug enabled

The package doesn't exist in 8.10 or 9.04
