Bug Description
When installing Ubuntu from the installer CD, the installer doesn't change
ext2/3 labels as appropriate.
Example:
I had a partion that I previously had used as my /home partition.
When I installed Ubuntu I wanted to use this partion for other things instead of
/home. I mounted it as /business.
I first noticed this discrepency when an automated disc check took place upon
bootup and said that it was checking "/home" (which it wasn't).
While this may not be a huge problem, it can cause some confusion among new
users to Linux.
How to fix: Have the Installer/Partioner utilize e2label.
Notes: This may happen with similiar file systems as well, though I don't use
anything outside of FAT32 and EXT3 so I really have no idea.

The partitioner does set labels if you ask it to using the custom partitioning
mode, but not automatically. We have to be a little careful about doing this:
duplicate labels will cause boot problems for some operating systems. As a
result it's fiddly to do automatically, but perhaps we'll be able to do it some day.
