Choose language page is confusing

Bug Description
When a user visits a site for the first time he will be shown a language-choice option.
This options are only showing flags, but these are not very representative. Also their is no text what the user should do.
This should be change to:
On top: 'Choose your language'
'Welcome' (Translated in the language)

The name of the translation
