Pages are not in the correct language

Bug Description
When the user selected not the default site language to view the site, content pages are shown in this default language, even if the page is translated in the user-selected language.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a page
2. Write a translation in language xy
3. Visit the page => Default language as expected
4. Change your user language to xy
5. Viist the page => Default language (should be xy)
