Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I did not start firefox gui. crash came from background, was trying to get openchrome to work, screen was in 640*480 resolution, kernel for the 8.04 beta was just upgraded.

I was going into Meteo.fr and FF crashed. I am on Hardy 8.04 will all the latest updates as of 5.12pm 14th April.

Same problem. Firefox just crashed for some unknown reason...

Why is this bug report labeled as "invalid"?

I just upgraded my Gutsy to Hardy.
I Was visiting www.esa.int ant apparently a flashmovie did cause the crash.
I am too wondering, why this bug is marked invalid. At least for me it is valid.

This is a good temporary fix on the forums.

However it is staying "In Progress" as I have found with different updates it can go a bit dodgy sometimes.
