Mp3/Wma Playback is noisy in Exaile/Rhythmbox

I'm unable to choose the package gstreamer-alsa

We get too much noise while playing mp3/wma music. The noise high while playing Bass notes basically crackling noise. The Exaile and Rhythmbox applications keep crashing frequently. Could be due to this.

Suspect the problem is with gstreamer.

Please let me know wht logs you need.

I think it is similiar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/exaile/+bug/208206 but I'm facing issues in multiple applications..
