If this happend during a release upgrade to hardy, please attach the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/*

It would have been an upgrade within Hardy - I have been running hardy for quite a while.

If that happend during a hardy->hardy upgrade, could you please check /var/log/apt/term.log for lines that start with "dpkg: error" and attch those to this report?
