OpenOffice Writer hangs on "Save as..." and "Export" if parent folder contains "#" (sharp)

I have a folder named "#shared". Whenever editing documents within this folder and subfolders of this folder, chosing "Save as...", "Export" or "Export as PDF" will cause a 100% CPU usage hang.

The bug is reproducible whenever I rename any parent folder of a document to contain a sharp (#) character.

openoffice.org-core:

I believe that this bug has been corrected in Ubuntu hardy openoffice.org 1:2.4.0-3ubuntu6 so I am marking it as Fix Released. If after upgrading you continue to have problems with this issue then feel free to reopen this bug.
