regression in annotate on mysql tree

bzr 1.4 dev gives a traceback when running annotate on a mysql tree. bzr 1.3 did not.

I get this when running annotate against a tree such as https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~mysql-developers/mysql/mysql-5.1-trunk

It looks like your C patience diff is out of date. Please rebuild _patiencediff_c.so (or remove it) and try again.
