audacious crashs during program start in Ubuntu 8.04 Beta

Binary package hint: audacious

The program doesn't even appear. When I start from the command line, I get the message

"Segmentation fault (core dumped)"

Even when I tried "audacious --version" to be able to tell you the version here, I also get the segmentation fault.
