when copying files from cd/dvd to home dir, I don't have write permission for those files

When I copy files from any random CD or DVD to my home directory, I don't have
write permission on those files. I have to give myself write permission to those
files manually again by right cliking the file and then going to Properties ->
Permissions.

To have this fixed, we will have to have hal patched to have http://mail.gnome.org/archives/nautilus-list/2006-March/msg00045.html - which is not in Ubuntu yet - (cf http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167102)

The nautilus part of it will be in 2.14.1

This upload combined with next gnome-vfs and nautilus updates will fix the issue:

nautilus 2.14.1 has the fix for that and is to dapper, marking as fixed
