jockey-gtk crashed with AttributeError in enabled()

Bug Description

On latest Hardy 64bit, this occurs when inserting a new Graphics Adapter (Nvidia 8800 GS) and trying to enable Desktop Effects.
Usually I expected an "You need the Nvidia Binaries" Message here...
