Bug Description

If I then select gnash, Firefox does some processing and returns to the original page saying that plugins are required.
Instead, it should install the plugin.
The workaround is either to install mozilla-
Hardy 8.04 beta
Firefox 3.0~b5+

similar problem here, but:
-when opening a flash page, i'm only offered to intall adobe flash, nothing else. nevertheless, this fails, see bug 199460 ->add/remove, it won't install mozilla- plugin- gnash. this has to be done separately using synaptic
-when installing gnash via system-
however, gnash does not work with youTube for me.
