Please sync kerneloops 0.10-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

This tool would be very valuable to the bug triaging team to get
information related to buggy drivers that are not critical crashes,
but instead catch transient errors.

the bug team indicated that this isn't high priority for Hardy, but it will be quite useful for intrepid.
