Rhythmbox last.fm plugin does not work

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Trying to play any last.fm stream hangs for a few seconds, then shows the following error:
"Couldn't start playback
Unknown playback error"

There is some strange behaviour with the module configuration - I can open the configuration only once, after that I have to close Rhythmbox to be able to access the configuration again.

In the configuration dialogue the login status is "OK"

Is that on Hardy?
I just started rhythmbox, went to last.fm and double clicked on "Neighbour Radio" and it is playing fine (I have previously given it my last.fm login details via Edit->Plugins)

Works fine for me also, can you try to reproduce the same with hardy heron? thanks.

Chris, Pedro, yes, this bug is for hardy, and I can still reproduce it.

I think this may be related to some gstreamer plugins. I'll be installing a fresh copy of hardy soon to try to find the problem.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Thanks in advance.

Playback does work now. The bug with the config dialogue is still there, but now that is probably unrelated; I'll open a bug on b.g.o for this.
