Bug Description

Binary package hint: page-crunch

By default page-crunch tries to use xpdf and gv for viewing pdf and postscript files respectively. Since neither is installed by default it would make more sense to use evince for both.

Hardy Beta, page-crunch 1.0.1-1

Does this issue still exist, and if so, is the patch still a valid fix?

After reviewing this, I'm not entirely sure whether we should change the defaults. The package depends on xpdf and gv, and that is what upstream intended. I'll submit a report to Debian, where the maintainer can decide whether this is necessary.
