Bug Description

After installing Hardy I cannot obtain an IP adress from any DHCP server. When I set ip manually and try to ping router it says Destination is unreachle.
When I boot to gutsy it works ok. It's not only my problem see http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=735936
I have Asus A6T notebook with network card Realtek r8169
