System: Win XP SP2
Resolution 1024x768 32bit
Desktop Theme: Windows classic
Inkscape version 0.46

The drawing errors occur with a taskbar size > 2 and inkscape in fullscreen modus.

Same problem, same OS, same Inkscape version except:

My resolution is 1024x600
The problem goes away if I change the taskbar from being always visible to auto. hide.

System: Win XP SP2 (small resolution screen).

If screen size cut-off instrument toolbar. Only Inkscape 0.46. In version 0.47(r20530) OK.

I understand you don't have this bug anymore with 0.47, thus I close this report.
Please reopen if you still have this issue with recent (0.47pre) versions.
