language-pack-bt is not up to date with latest gnome-control-center

Bug Description

gnome-control-center is 100% translated to pt_BR in upstream, but no
translations are available in Ubuntu. (The .desktop files are translated, but
all capplets are in English).

Installed versions:
language-pack-gnome-pt 20050907
language-pack-gnome-pt-base 20050907
gnome-control-center 2.12.0-0ubuntu3

This was a problem in langpack-o-matic, will be fixed with the next language
pack updates.

New packs uploaded, they contain control-center translations now.
