Backspace no longer scrolls backwards

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

For as long as I can remember, I have been using space to scroll a web page, and backspace to scroll back up. Space still works in Firefox 3, but backspace doesn't. This is a frustrating regression, as the alternative scrolling keys are a lot harder to hit (Fitts' law applies to the keyboard too, I guess!)
