Bug Description

Binary package hint: moblin-applets

Using UME outside of an image, in a normal desktop system that happens to have a touchscreen. Have updated to latest packages, but a network manager does not show up by default when the desktop loads. If launch nm-applet from a terminal, a network manager applet shows now.
Create new wireless network & connect to other wireless network dialog disabled all other areas except for the dialog itself. Found the issue in moblin-applets 0.27-0ubuntu3 and network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5 on Hardy

Reproduce steps:
-------------
1. Click network configuration icon on status bar.
2. Click "Connect to Other Wireless Network...", when the "Connect to Other Wireless Network..." dialog pops up, try to click soft keyboard to input network name. Click "Cancel".
3. Click "create new wireless network", when the "create new wireless" dialog pops up, try to click soft keyboard to input network name. Click "Cancel".

Current result:
-------------
In step2&3, Soft keyboard cannot be launched, and all other applications or marquee plugin cannot work.

Expected result:
-------------
1.Can launch soft keyboard to input strings.
2.The pops up window should not impact other application, marquee plugin to work correctly.
