Bug Description
I am missing in kde4 systemsetting the hardrive config tool where you can activate and deactivate easly harddrives. I know kde3 got it and ubuntu added it so it would bev good idea to do the same in kde4.

I can confirm that by default KDE4's systemsettings doesn't have a hard drive KCM module.
