Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnochm
Some CHM files are coded in UTF-8.
Actual GnoCHM version in repositories is 0.9.9, which was released on November of 2006.
Fixed in GnoCHM 0.9.10. Actual release is 0.9.11.
Please update package in repositories.
