[Hardy] two screensavers do not function properly

There are two screensavers that do not function properly:-
1) Floating Ubuntu
2) Braid

1) In this case there is no screensaver at all, just a blank screen with no activity going on, perhaps Floating Ubuntu is misplaced.

2) In this screensaver there is something more serious, when you try and preview the screensaver you suddenly get a massive increase in CPU usage(not the amount normally associated with GL screensavers) which in turn causes the PC to slow down so much that it makes you think it got stuck, you can return the PC back to normal by closing the Screensaver window as normal but a new user may not think like this.
