glade-3 crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance_cast()

After trying to add a table to a combo box widget I closed the "add table" dialog using the "cancel" button. This click caused the application to crash.

I got a similar crash when I want to add a parent container to a widget such as a vbox, hbox or table and hit cancel on the popup that asks the number of elements.

The crash occurs on Windows too (Glade 3.4.3) so it's not a Ubuntu specific bug.
