Brasero is unable to work on dvd-rw.

Binary package hint: brasero

By default, brasero cannot write or delete dvd-rw. It caused by a failure dependence on dvd-rw-tools.

Please can you add it to brasero's requires?

we have a few reports telling exactly the opposite that brasero works with dvdrw but presenting other issues, are you still seeing this? can you try the same with intrepid? thanks.

well it doesn't work for me either.

latest intrepid updates as of today.
DVD-RW (not DVD+RW) cannot be written or erased

Brasero reports "the medium is not writable with the current set of plugins"
