Bug Description
Binary package hint: gtk-qt-engine-kde4
Real Oxygen line edits and text boxes have a blue border around the inside border of the widget when they are currently active. As of gtk-qt-engine-kde4 1.1 they don't emulate this behavior. See Konqueror line edits and text box edits for expected behavior.

Epiphany's url line edit works properly, but line edits/text box edits used as widgets inside Epiphany don't exhibit the blue inset.
