Bug Description
Binary package hint: bash-completion
Tab completion seems to disable if you send the -c argument to perl.
Awkwardly, Tab completion will work on a .pm file with no arguments to Perl, even though per convention a library should not be executed directly. However perl -c, the safe compile-time syntax checker does not work with tab completion on a library.
touch foo.pl
perl foo<tab> ## works
perl -c foo<tab> ## doesn't
