Bug Description

the "Alt Gr" button doesn't work in Svorak (swedish dvorak).
When I test the button in keyboard shortcuts it says it's "Alt_R", but i don't
have an right alt button,
it's the same with standard Dvorak.
It doesn't matter which keyboardmodel i use, it's the same problem

Works fine in Breezy, at least.
setxkbmap -model pc105 -layout se -variant dvorak, gives me Alt_R coming up as a
level 3 shift, and AltGr+q, for instance, gives me odiaresis, or something.

okay, so the alts together toggle group thing is different. you might want to
disable that. even so, pressing altgr+q gives me ö -- is this not the desired
behaviour?

Fixed with xkeyboard-config 0.8; My right alt-gr now correctly gives me ISO_Level3_Shift as it should and I seem to have a dvorak layout. Alt-gr+2 also gives me @ as I would expect.
