Bug Description

Binary package hint: elisa

Elisa was crashing at start up with errors like this:
matthew@matthew-desktop:~$ elisa
WARN MainThread plugin_registry Apr 04 22:38:25 Could not import component updater.updater_service:UpdaterService. A full traceback can be found at /tmp/elisa_93jYao.txt (elisa/core/plugin_registry.py:630)

Installing python-setuptools fixed this.
