Binary package hint: toshset

The latest version of toshset from http://www.schwieters.org/toshset/ is 1.73 this adds full support for the portege R500, amongst other and also the support for the transflective display to turn off the backlight but not the lcd and so save power in bright light.

Would it be possiable to get this into Hardy?
