minor bugs: titlebar and closing empty file

Bug Description
Binary package hint: spe
This time rather minor bugs.
1. When I close last edited file in the SPE the title bar still displays its name.
2. When I try to close empty (unnamed) file SPE asks me about confirmation (imho not needed).

Hello bayger and thanks for your bug report! I can confirm both of these issues however bug reports should be for just a single issue. It would be much more productive and helpful if you wouldn't mind taking a minute to instead file two new bug reports, one for each issue, and I will confirm them for you.
