Bug Description

Binary package hint: bastille

1) Ubuntu 6.06.1
2) The version of the package: bastille (1:2.1.1-12)
3) If you try to run the X version of Bastille on a computer with a screen resolution of 640X480 or 800X600 the buttons to answer the configuration questions do not display.
4) What happened instead: You cannot answer the questions without the buttons so I was not able to configure Bastille.

The same thing happens in CentOS 4.4 so I think it is a problem with Bastille itself not Ubuntu.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?

I have tested in 8.04 (I only use the LTS version of Ubuntu). When you run the X version of Bastille with 800X600 the buttons are there. At 640X480 the buttons are not. If you run Bastille w/o the X GUI (bastille -c) the prompts are there in both 800X600 and 640X480.

Ubuntu version 8.04
Bastille version 1:2.1.1-18

I think 800X600 minimum resolution should be fine. Most won't run at a lower resolution.

Can you reproduce this problem in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS or 12.04 LTS? Thank you for testing!
