Work normal. But than i open OpenOffice, get the error.

I think, that i have the bug on the version 0.16 of geany with deb from www.getdeb.net (http://www.getdeb.net/release/3813) too.

No.
I use it not so much, and have bug only if I use it long time (>2 Hour). The bug come only by quit. Also it's difficult to reproduce the bug.
